SUMMARY
If you googled foodslut I think this should be the video that comes up. Deep fried burrata from @abbigail_eats. Burrata is quite a slutty cheese as it is but throw in some breadcrumbs and whack it in hot oil then what comes up is this cheesy gooey delicious mess. Your arteries may regret it but lifes too short too eat badly.

RECIPE
1. Crack an egg in to a bowl 2. Pour the flour in to a separate bowl 3. Pour the breadcrumbs in to a third bowl 4. Season the bowl of flour with your salt, pepper, mixed herbs (optional) and chilli flakes (optional) 5. Roll your burrata gently in to the egg (make sure you do this carefully otherwise the burrata will split and it won’t work!) 6. Dip the egg coated burrata in to the flour 7. Dip the egg and flour coated burrata in to the breadcrumbs making sure it is fully covered ( I repeated step 5, 6 & 7 twice to ensure it was fully coated) 8. Gently drop the coated burrata in to hot oil (170•C) fry for 3-4 minutes until golden, turning at 2 mins.
